Dear Samsung, is it possible to please add a toggle to switch off all the noise reduction post processing to the cameras? It is a huge deal, especially on the Exynos variants. This way you can leave it on by default when the OS is installed but if other users feel the need to toggle it off they can do so very easily. Also, this should put an end to the complaints regarding the quality differences between snapdragon and exynos.

I use apps that need the screen to stay on indefinitely on your phones. The longest you have for keeping the screen on so far is only 10 minutes. That is nowhere near long enough. Your tablets have a 30 minute duration. That would be sufficient, but a setting to allow users to specify that they would like the screen to stay on until they turn it off would be better. The app I use has GPS navigation, but your screen still switches off after 10 minutes. I have to keep unlocking my screen again to continue. It is both inconvenient & VERY frustrating, because I am on a motorcycle & this then distracts me from the road.

Currently the Samsung gallery does not support resizing to custom pixel sizes (2048px for example) and aspect ratios (16:9, 4:3 and etc). It supports only 20% 40% and etc. resizes. This is limiting because Facebook , Instagram and other social platforms , crop and compress heavily photos when uploaded, but they have preferred aspect ratios and pixel sizes (for example its 2048px long side of the photo and aspect ratios 1.91 :1 and 1024px and 1:1 aspect ratio for Instagram) which preserve the best quality. So this feature will be very useful for all people who want to post photos to social medias straight from the phone with the best quality possible. Otherwise the workflow is rather tedious - transfer the photos to a laptop, edit the image size in Adobe Lightroom or some other similar software and then upload to social media. Also from my perspective as a software developer I think this is pretty straightforward feature to implement.

Hi,
I want to know whether any phone has feature that counts total number of pictures taken and videos shooted by the phone's camera.
Even after you delete photos from memory and recycle bin, but since the deleted photo was once ahot by camera, that should be taken in count.
In short, I suggest to have some count feature for number of shots taken by camera since it's start of use irrespective of whether it's deleted or not.

When you click the bottom left button to see the apps you have open you can choose and app to 'keep open' so that when you clear the rest that selected one stays open, I usually have it on my music app so the music doesn't stop but I'll be using another app like Snapchat while listening to music, so you should be able to select multiple or even just up to 3 because I'll clear my open apps and keep my music playing just to go and open Snapchat straight away.

I would like the option to add and remove people from group texts without creating a whole new text thread. I would want this to be compatible with all Samsung, Apple, and Google phones. I want to also be able to remove myself from group chats I don't want to be in. This would help with compatibility issues and convince more people to buy samsung.

Hi,
when I click on a (chat) notification on my cover screen (Flip 4), I get a nice list of suggested answers. What I'm quite missing are the quick actions like Mark as read, Dismiss alarm, Remind me later or whatever an app developer comes up with. It would be really nice if they were accessible from the cover screen, so I don't have to open/close the phone because of them.

I just though a cool and handy feature to have would be a "meditation mode".
Not sure if this can be done with an app or simply select a button on the phone.
Essentially, by pressing the "meditation Mode" button, The phone will instantly play some Japanese " Zen type or tranquil" music you can meditate to. The phone can track your breathing and heart rate.
As I usually meditate in a dark room, a cool feature would be to have a light on the back of the phone that will illuminate the room, varying in colors, that could mimic a sea wave.
Could be a great feature for calming autism and stimulating sensory.Something like below. I have not seen this done anywhere before and thought it would be a big selling point and a great feature to reduce stress.

It would be really great and I think a lot of people would love if you guys make it so no buttons can be enabled or disabled from the quickpanel button grid while the phone is in lockscreen, I know that samsung already prevents people from turning the buttons on or off while the phone is locked by telling to put a pin to initiate the change, but it would really be great if you guys can do that with almost all buttons or another similar idea which is to give the option to completely block access to the quick panel button grid while on lockscreen so basically if the feature is turned on and the phone is locked, the feature will make it so you can swipe down to goto the quick panel button grid. Please please add this as I'm only coming here after doing a lot of research seeing a lot of samsung users want this too...

I'm a student that interested in repairing old phones and computers.
Lately, I found a #Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit# and I found it very annoying that I cannot use it since there is the 'Google account verification' when I boot the phone. I think that it's a pity that if I won't be able to overcome the verification I will have to throw it away; so I thought that instead of blocking the phone completely for the new owner, there could be the feature of contacting the previous owner (through the email that is used in the Google account verification) using your own email and asking him if you may reset the phone to 'factory settings'. So, in the case that he or she accept the request you may be able to use the phone again.
This action will consent to have less phone waste and will help us reach a more sustainable way of life.

Can't purchase a device that can work like Google photo app.
I want to pick up a device and scroll through all my old photos and videos that I have taken for so many years. I don't want to pay for Google storage just so I can scroll through my old pics by year and month conveniently.
Can you launch a phone size tab with plenty of storage to view photo and video only. Obviously the photos and videos would have been taken using a phone.
Or storage boxes specifically to plug into that phone size photo and video veiwing tablet?
What do you think? I would explain more if this is a potential idea.

I used asus phone for several years and it's very useful if you charge slow and to 85% on a regular basis but want a fast way to do it once
When you plug-in the phone charger you get 2 dialogs when charging one where you skip slow charging once and one where you skip charge limit once.

Not sure if it's possible but a CTRL + F type of feature that allows you to search web pages, social medias, other documents etc. For certain key words. I think it's already implemented over text just thought it'd be a cool addition.

When a mobile phone is hard reset, it can no longer be tracked. It cannot be tracked because the mobile phone again asks to unlock the sim card and mobile data is turned off, I don't know if it is different for esim. If you go to the Samsung web page to find phone and lock it with an additional code, you can hard reset it again.

When you have so many photos in your gallery and you don't know where to find that one photo you want, instead of scrolling and scrolling, I think by using AI you could search for the photo by typing what the photo is about then AI searches for the photos and gives you a selection similar to your description.
