Natively customizable status bar padding option

Something that realy gets me annoyed on the One UI is the status bar position, that's really tall on my phone. I have tried the "Simulate notch" option, that does almost the same thing, but it display an black overlay over the screen. As this option show an overlay, I didn't keep using it.

So I guessed that, maybe this could be used as a base for an status bar padding customization option.
