I'm having the same issue. I paid £30 as part of my contract upgrade and the system advises this value is too low.
It also requests an invoice number which I don't have. I received a printed receipt which does not include an invoice number.

Hi @w8manc
When I claimed the £200 cashback fkr my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra there was no monetary amount whatsoever to key in.
Are you claiming via a Samsung Official page or via a reseller / network you've purchased from ?
Can you screenshot the page and upload it here please too.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Flossyd: If you have a printed receipt, then please enter the receipt number, which is usually visible at towards the top of the document. If you're entering the monthly contract payment, and the amount is too low, then simply enter the total cost of your S23, S23+ or S23 FE, and this should be fine.

I put £642 as purchase price. When I got the phone through sky, the breakdown showed the phone cost as £642. I've recently done the claim, got accepted the day after so now just waiting for it all. Says within 45 days.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disney/
It will ask you to sign into your samsung account, you then click the device you bought and it will give you a code and you can click it to activate. Just a heads up though disney won't allow the code on an account you already have I just used an old email address and set up a new disney+ account with the code.
