Hi, so I have purchased a samsung S23 and was under the impression I would receive £100 cashback and Samsung FE earbuds.
I have received the earbuds, the 45 days has exceeded and still no cashback.
I have tried to email Samung on the promotions email address but no reply.
I have contacted the promotions number for samsusng which goes to a automated voice message system
I have also tried to track my claim however it asks for a code which has been sent to my email address however I do not receive a verification code.
I have tried all avenues but to no success what should I do as I purchase this phone assuming I would basically get it for £100 less which enticed mw into buying it. I feel like I've been ripped off.
Anyone had a similar experience
