I use apps that need the screen to stay on indefinitely on your phones. The longest you have for keeping the screen on so far is only 10 minutes. That is nowhere near long enough. Your tablets have a 30 minute duration. That would be sufficient, but a setting to allow users to specify that they would like the screen to stay on until they turn it off would be better. The app I use has GPS navigation, but your screen still switches off after 10 minutes. I have to keep unlocking my screen again to continue. It is both inconvenient & VERY frustrating, because I am on a motorcycle & this then distracts me from the road.

In recent times, the need for personalisation and customisation is growing rapidly. People believe that they should be able to express themselves more clearly whether that be through their outfits or through their phone. This is why I suggest you bring more customization options for the homescreen and/or lockscreen. There is high demand for this update and doing this could potentially bring more customers to consider your products over others. I hope you take the time to carefully consider my idea, thank you.

Fund a commercial in which the premise is a dystopian environment, and people with natural survival instincts are left to survive. The commercial should show a couple of scenarios where the Samsung smartwatch is useful. Should also include a scene where the watch is a priority to keep safe. Hi there, My problem is that, when choosing to “show icon (of fingerprint) when screen is off” the icon brightness is very poor. Even when AOD brightness is set to max without using the “Auto brightness” feature, the icon’s brightness remains extremely poor. Now, when there is lots of sunlight or bright light, there is no way to locate the icon and unlock the phone. It would be cool to have a brightness adjustment for the icon as well and not just for the AOD’s clock. Since you are choosing to have it there constantly, what’s the point of reducing the brightness, right? Regards, Tassos

Not sure if this is a new suggestion or a bug, but while navigating using Google maps usually when the phone is locked and the power button is pressed once, the phone shows the navigation screen directly even without unlocking, which is a very handy feature while driving. While already navigating if I start the Samsung music app and play songs, this application is actually showing itself on top of the Google maps application while the navigation is still active. Everytime i pressed the power button to view my navigation while the songs were playing, the S Music app kept showing up first. I had to do a back everytime to view the Google maps application. This was a super annoying preference set to the S Music application over a navigating app. Probably could even end up risking lives while navigating. Music is not as important as navigating. @TomaszT. Hope you can pass this information to the team and bring out a few changes.

A suttle glow around the front facing camera as notification when the always on display is off as an option wouldn't be a bad idea. Possibly suggested already.

We have already seen multiple requests to get a new UI for the caller screen. In addition to that I just noticed two things today. 1. My phone was locked and placed on my desk, I received a call wanted to unlock and check a few things before I lifted the call. To my surprise I couldn't minimise the caller screen while the phone was ringing. I had to lift the call, place them on hold and then minimise the caller screen to unlock the phone. Super Surprised to see that this is not doable. Or is there any settings to get this done? FYI: Have my gesture navigations turned on without hints. 2. When I open the dial pad to note down someone's number while in another call, I do not have an option to delete the numbers entered if I mistype anything. I was so annoyed again that I mistyped one today and couldn't delete it. @TomaszT. Hope the guys sort it out.

Add option to schedule Face Recognition timing. I don't want to activate it after 7pm so that it doesn't brighten the screen at night time. Also, allow more applications to be unlocked via Face Recognition. Thanks

Can we get option to Auto rotate AOD? I know there is an option to choose Landscape or Portrait mode manually, but it would be best if we get Auto rotate option. (I posted this in question, but it should have been here in suggestion - can mode delete from question?)

@TomaszT Just had a thought and come up with this. Can we have 2 Edge lighting facility? One for when the screen is facing upwards on a desk and the other when the screen is facing downwards on the desk? I believe not everyone may want the entire edges to glow when the screen is upwards as it may be more distracting during work. The real use of the edges for notifications come in only when the screen is facing downward on the desk or on a bed during our sleep where the screen edges light up powerfully to make us aware of a notification. Really hoping people would love such feature.

As we all know, with previous Samsung devices there was a dedicated LED for notifications. For the S10 family and Note, Samsung have tried to solve this issue with a similar approach to lighting the pixels around the cameras to show of any notifications. First of all, this is a great implementation but it not the same as the notifications LED because the pixels light up for a few seconds ar best whereas previously the LED would display a colour constantly until the notifications were read or cleared. My suggestion is can you please implement the same functionality as the notifications LED of the past as at times this small duration of pixels lighting up isn't enough and often people tend to forget they have recieved a notification. It would be nice to be able to set the lock screen to last longer before going dark. I have a 15 second video that plays as my lockscreen however it automatically goes off to black screen lock after about 4-5 seconds. Quite pointless having the ability to have a nice animated lock screen if you can only see it for a couple of seconds.

Due to the relative low security of the face unlock system compared to the fingerprint scanner, a feature could be implemented where your notifications are hidden until it recognises your face, but does not unlock your device until the fingerprint scanner is used. This takes advantage of the facial scanning software already within the UI, and also insuring security for your notifications and your personal files.

The Samsung Galaxy S10e's feature of using the home button/fingerprint scanner to access the notifications is a brilliant idea. Sadly the S10 has no such easy access to the panel. What if a gesture was added to the home screen to easily access the notifications panel. For example, instead of swiping down to bring up the menu, you could have the option of swiping up or down to bring out the notifications panel. Just a feature I thought the S10 was missing. Specially with the huge screen.

There are a few inconsistencies when your phone is horizontal, on of them is the Alarm screen. It niggles me when my phone is horizontal in my car and the alarm will go off but it's stuck in portrait. It's no great hindrance but it does let the flow of the system down. Can this be addressed at all?

Option to show battery status of all connected devices in notifications and on lock screen whilst wireless charging. If charging two devices on charging pad, battery status of both would appear on lock screen. Option to view batteries of all connected devices in notifications list and Bixby home widget.
