Face Recognition

Add option to schedule Face Recognition timing.

I don't want to activate it after 7pm so that it doesn't brighten the screen at night time.

Also, allow more applications to be unlocked via Face Recognition.

Hi @rajaamerkhan 

Since Face recognition has the lowest security it might not really be possible to let it unlock other apps.

But the schedule for lock screen settings seems really nice.

I will forward that to the development team!
