Samsung members broken update

Heyo everyone. Kinda an urgent thing of me saying do not update samsung members.

There's a new update for it on the galaxy store but doing so will break the app. On loading it, you get a server response error and cannot do anything.

The solution is to delete it and download it from the google play store as that has the older version.

I say urgent as if you update the app, you won't be able to read this to know how to fix it

I cannot access samsung members from my s25 ultra.

It says server response error.Try Gaain later.(-10)
Works fine on z fold 6

Anyone having this problem right now?

Uninstall the app then reinstall but don't update it then it should work

Hi @Hepsonnn  yes  uninstall and install from Google store which has an earlier version, there appears to be problem with version 5.3.00.9

There's been a problem with the update. You need to access it via the Web or uninstall the app and reinstall it in google Play. That should hopefully work

Actually, the Web might not work, but it's worth a shot

Don't install the version 5.3.00.9 from the Galaxy Store but use the older version available from the Google Play store instead.

I just noticed that i uninstalled it reinstalled it and its working on my s25 ultra

It's the version as others have stated. Do not update to it, regardless of device.
