Samsung members broken update

Heyo everyone. Kinda an urgent thing of me saying do not update samsung members.

There's a new update for it on the galaxy store but doing so will break the app. On loading it, you get a server response error and cannot do anything.

The solution is to delete it and download it from the google play store as that has the older version.

I say urgent as if you update the app, you won't be able to read this to know how to fix it

Finally, I was able to post after updating the Samsung Members, which ended up like everyone else an error.

Try

Settings -> Apps -> Samsung Members

Tap Force stop at the bottom right.

Then tap Storage and tap Clear data at bottom left, go back and tap Uninstall, bottom middle.

Open Samsung Shop, search for Samsung members and install it.

You might also like to clear the cache partition.

I think I'll not bother updating and simply deal with the UI7 update on Monday 🙏

I uninstalled it on my tab s8 ultra then re-installed from galaxy store

Same here I had to reinstall the app to get it working

I have notifications telling me an update is ready, I won't know when they've actually fixed the glitch.

I just reinstalled it seemed to work then an update was available, when I updated the app again the server error reappeared and wouldn't allow me to open the app so ignore the update
