For some context, I have a Samsung A20 smartphone that is a bit older. One day I had my phone turned on, and before I realized, an auto-update had occurred on the phone. My phone was previously on a version that still supported the original Samsung Memos app. Afterwards, the app disappeared and there was only the option of Samsung notes. I attempted to import my memo notes, tried checking on my Samsung cloud, internal storage, and a few other methods, but with no luck. I do not have a backup.
What options do I have? Is this data stored anywhere on the phone at all? Is there a way to reinstate the older update version so I can access the discontinued app and hopefully reclaim my notes?
Please, if anyone has any answers, let me know. I am very desperate to recover those notes. Thank you.

If you happened to create any manual device backups to a pc, you could use those
