Recover S notes

Due to software issues my keyboard wasn't functioning after restarting my phone and I was advised to reset my phone by the Samsung experts that's results loss of my data especially Samsung notes. I badly need these notes. How can I recover them ? It's seriously urgent. Can anybody help me with this please? 🙏🙏🙏

Were the notes backed up, synced to Samsung cloud or MS note? If yes then they will reappear when you log back in
