Moral of the story, Best By has a better warranty than Samsung lol.
Just bought an iPhone 15 PM and the Fold 4 is going in a drawer. Never been so disappointed by a product in my life and I've bought some awful stuff over the years.

Love my Fold 4. Never had an issue prior to this. Still haven't heard what caused the issue.

Same, but it's net to worthless without WiFi. I noticed my 5G stopped working as well.

So due to the mentioned problem with the device, I had to buy new fold 5 and it's OK now, but fold 4 was fully refunded by the shop 😃 I'm happy now with my working wifi 😀😆🎈

UPDATE
Went to the local Smasung Customer Center, which is not run by Samsung - but I discovered that later.
First they told me it was a very bad idea to set it back to factory settings. After describing my problem they inspected my phone and found a scratch in the hinge cover. That was enough for the to decline any waranty issues because I droped my phone. After telling them that this scratch is not from a drop or if they were present when it happend they got some kin of mad. Long story short the "official" Samsung customer support declined the waranty issue and asked for 590€ for a mainboard replacement. took my phone and went home. After calling my net provider I will send it to them and they will amek sure I get a repaired phone for free insid e the 24 month warranty due to production error or faulty mainboard. Good thing is the Samsung has to show that the did not make a production mistake instead of me.
Keep you guys update

After experiencing similar issues with my phone, I sent it in for repair through Swisscom, a Swiss telecom operator. To my surprise, I was informed that my warranty was voided due to a couple of microdents on what Samsung calls their "aluminum armor" hinge. They quoted me a staggering 1017 CHF for the repair, stating that they would need to replace everything from the display and motherboard to the charging port—components that were fully operational before I sent in the device for repair.
After a month of email exchanges without a single direct response from Samsung, Swisscom decided to basically "block" my emails. At this point, the customer service that I called advised me to file a household insurance claim as a last resort....
Just wanted to update everyone here on what has transpired. Take it as you will.

Was about to send my phone to the provider, so this is my last hope

I just tried this and after rebooting the wifi works as long as the phone is folded but once I unfold the phone the wifi turns off again.

Yep I can confirm this behavior.
After first cache wipe everything works great. Wifi connects to networks and BT to headsets. As soon as I unfold it it takes a couple of seconds and Wifi and BT shuts down. You cannot activate them again.
Then after another cache wipe, everything is back to normal - connects to the networks and BT.
So what is this, software or hardware bug? Did i drop my phone over the last 7 month, sure becuase is a item of daily use. But the sudden loss of Wifi happen while i lay down on my couch so basicly out of nowhere.
It would be great if some Samsung official would comment on this, but as usual they hide.
What should we do?
