Hi I've just taken delivery of s24 Ultra and found that the sim tray 1 will not read my sim stall yet sim tray 2 has no issues.ive tried the usual reboot reset network and clean sim but nothing seems to work. Any thoughts?
Check sim stay started about 10 days after purchase I had read about getting a new sim so did so same result worked a couple of days then same thing this has been going on since May 24 it's now August. I happens on the bed side table over night in my pocket in the car sitting on dining table etc now I just turn off them on again it can run fine for a couple of weeks then like last week every single day. A repair has been booked but what is he going to do heaven knows as I have done everything full factory reset back up that's a nightmare in itself, he is going to arrive say it's an intermittent fault nothing to be done it will work for a few days then down again. Why they did not just replace it I don't know as now they have lost a faithful customer who will not ever buy another Samsung nor will I refer them to friends. I have had samsung since the galaxy gateway and all the top 'S' models since but never again. If I can get my money back for the phone I will swap it out for a google or such phone today.
