After the update released on the 9/9/2024 my SIM on the phone has been causing issues, saying "Not registered on the network" and I cant use my mobile data, the only solution I have found is that I restart my phone and then it works but 10 minutes after it's the same issue

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum.

We have seen a couple of similar posts on this issue.

One solution has been to go into your Settings, Connections, Mobile Networks and select any option that doesn't include 5g. Restart your device then go back to the same settings and change it back to all networks.

Others have suggested calling your network and asking them to unlatch you from 5g then reconnect you but you should be able to do this yourself.

A third option is to go to the same settings, go to mobile networks then network operators, select an alternative network (this will of course fail) then reconnect to your actual network.

Finally, a Reset MOBILE Network Settings should be done so your network will automatically send updated APN to your device.

Please let us know how you get on.

Guys I have tried many solutions and only 1 worked so far and that was to factory reset my phone.

Here is a list of all the solutions that had failed for me but can still try:
Restart the phone (temporary solution
Reset APN didn't help
Replaced my sim with a different one (worked temporary but started problem again)
