After the update released on the 9/9/2024 my SIM on the phone has been causing issues, saying "Not registered on the network" and I cant use my mobile data, the only solution I have found is that I restart my phone and then it works but 10 minutes after it's the same issue

Hi mate any update . did the doorstep repair was able to fix your problem its so annoying i cant answer the call .incoming calls rings but when you answer them the other end person is unable to hear me and when i call someone my side call keeps ringing even after the second person answer the calls . do anyone experience this too. this works ony when u select 3g/4g only if your select 5g then its comes upwith no network registered

any update on your side for the issue have you manage to fix your network issue . . mine still same i have book doorstep repair for next week monday hope they do something about the issue i have.

not working for me i have now master reset my Phone .it was all wast of time doing this still did not fix the issue .

I can't receive or make calls. Are we entitled to a new phone under warranty ?

I've just had a person from Samsung log into my phone remotely and couldn't solve the problem until I put my wife's sim into my phone and it worked. It seems that the sim card is the problem. I'll wait until my new sim arrives to tell for certain.
