After the update released on the 9/9/2024 my SIM on the phone has been causing issues, saying "Not registered on the network" and I cant use my mobile data, the only solution I have found is that I restart my phone and then it works but 10 minutes after it's the same issue

no dint work for me . i used new sim which worked for a while but when the phone it on standby and go back to use the phone after 20 minutes same thing no newtork. i have just update my s24 ultra to the last update today and it worked ok untill i left the phone on standby went back on it after 20 minutes and problem is back not network. so this update dint fix either 😤

So where does this end ? We've all got a very expensive phone that is useless for making or receiving calls. What is Samsung's track record for dealing with problems like this ? Surely they must get us up and running. All the phones will be under guarantee.

Tried that thanks. Still not working. Surely in law it's 'Not Fit For Purpose' so should be replaced or a refund given.

Called Samsung again. Repair man coming next Wednesday.

Hi mate ,did they tell you what was the parts they goner replace. because mine doorstep repair just trun up and he is onit now
