got my upgrade yesterday and now can't open certain documents being sent through email they're asking for a password before opening but I've never used a password to open any files before so can't understand what password it's asking for and there's no option to reset a password so I just can't open them can anyone help?
Yes, then definitely it would be them who have password protected it. Hopefully all other emails should open as normal, including work emails (unless they password protect!).
You can always test this by asking someone to email you.
it was from my phone network with my new contract information I'm guessing that might be it then ? was just worried I wouldn't now be able to open important documents from work 😅
