My phone has been giving me issues lately, and I thought I may have gotten hacked. Changed all my passwords, including on my phone. Randomly it decided yesterday that I needed to login with my password and would not let me login with my thumb print. Typed in the new password, and it says its wrong (it wasn't). Kept trying and eventually it gave me the option to select 'Forgot Password' and reset it. Today, I took my phone into my carrier to see if they could figure out what happened, and they suggested trying a new sim. Well, that resulted in my phone needing to be reset, and...same issue. Says my password is incorrect when its not. I tried multiple times hoping it would get me back to the Forgot password screen, but it hasn't. My latest attempt has resulted in me being locked out for 60 minutes. I am in a full on panic, because of all the pictures and videos of my baby are on that phone, and I was told that too many attempts would result in the data being wiped and the phone reset. If I can't bypass the lock and have to reset, is there a way to at least get my data off first? I don't want to lose all those memories of my baby. Please help me.
