Issue with Lock Screen - contact information not displaying

If I go into GoodLock / LockStar / I can clearly see the place holder for contact information and it reads The various helpful messages will be shown.

I go to Settings / Lock screen and AOD / Edit Lock Screen ... and tap on the Contact Information place holder and can clearly see what I've entered - my name, address, and email address.

(If I long press on the Lock screen, I see a pop up - LockStar running. Not all components in LockStar may be shown here. )

Is this just me or is there an issue with Contact information not displaying on Lock screen??

Do you have Extend unlock enabled? If so, turn it off.

Extend unlock is on ... and it was on before I had this issue.

There is also an issue with the corner apps on Lock Screen.  I have the setting with up to six apps on the Lock screen and that disappears and I have to go back and forth with Lock screen settings to first enable using the bottom left and/or right and then onto the option with up to six apps.

I have this issue before and I think it probably has to do with updates.

Turn off Extend unlock settings. The contacts info is being overridden by Good Lock (Lock Star) settings in preference of the Extend unlock message.

Robin, unless I'm an idi0t, I can't toggle Extend unlock off, there are just degrees of possibilities.

On-body detection ... Trusted places  ... Trusted devices.  I can choose what level I want, but the point is, it was always on and I always had my Contact information on my lock screen.

I've had issues before with this and had to go back and forth between GoodLock - LockStar and Settings / Lock screen and AOD.  This gets tiring.

Settings>Lock screen and AOD >Extend Unlock.

Enter your security credentials if needed.

● Tap on On-body detection and Toggle off.

● Tap on Trusted Places and tap on Home, then tap on 'Turn off this location'. Do this for each location. Tap on Dropped pin if applicable and tap delete.

● Tap on Trusted Devices and tap on each device and tap Remove.

OK. Extend unlock is now off but that does not make a difference in my case, my Contact information does still not show.

You must have something else turned on or off. Do you have anything configured in Lock Star to show anything else down there? Ie charging info, battery info etc.

My 1st two screenshots are Lock Star settings. Ensure the outlined box is correctly aligned so as to not be hidden by other customisations. My last screenshot is my actual lockscreen showing contact info.
It would help here if you could post a screenshot of what yours looks like.1722606599615_1722606599606_0.jpg1722606616760_1722606616753_0.jpg1722607080855_1722607080850_0.jpg

Robin, in the process of taking screen shots, the bottom left / right icons disappeared, yet again.   (Actually, I just use the option for up to six apps, but that also disappears and I have to first add the Left and Right and go from there.  This is tiring.)

I see my contact information in Lock screen and AOD but when I look at Lockstar, it isn't there.

I'll add some screenshots.

Right. Your first screenshot is your actual lockscreen, and I can clearly see your contact info. In fact, so can everyone else. Please remove your address. Your 2nd screenshot is from LockStar and shows icons where the contacts info should go, so that's why it's not showing as you can see from the 3rd and 4th screenshot results.
So...move those icons on 2nd screenshot. Move them up to below the clock.
