Where do I begin with samsung charging issues. S24 ultra, ive had the moisture detection issue ever since I got it brand new so ended up getting the anker plug and cable charger, it worked, my phone for the first time was charging on the super fast setting.... for about a month! It then started only charging on a normal charge, to then having to have the charging cable end flip on a certain side to charge and now its not charging at all. Am absolutely sick of samsung phones and after this phone dies out, I will not ever be buying another samsung phone again. I've tried all the fixes to no avail, hard resets don't work, turning it on and off doesn't work, the only way i can charge my phone is wireless for the time being am done buying charging cables and plugs when it's samsung who's at fault.

Are you able to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on @tipperz

Keep returning to the forum on the off chance there is a miraculous fix for the above. Phone will only charge wireless has been in for a repair instore at EE and last resort is to have it home collected. 

 

I get frustrated that samsung act like this is some individual issue with hardware / charger etc..  when you look around and sizeable amounts of people have this experience from Samsung for years now. I would love them to announce some update which remedies but I guess that would mean accepting their software is subpar for a premium phone.
