Anyone had same issue, for same reason, my Google pay (touch pay) stop working, keep getting below msg

This was stated with the UI7 beta. Samsung were clear with beta that it wouldn't work.
Google Pay will not work. There is no way around this.
Use Samsung Wallet, and if your card isn't supported, use Curve and connect that to Samsung Wallet.
