Yes the slowness was the first 'symptom' - cursor just flashing not letting me type. Then the 'can't scroll and access keyboard' thing . At first it only affected my gmail accounts, and could be cleared by closing and reopening the email I was trying to reply to. Now it's affecting all my accounts and like all the other posters, I've found no fix - restart app, restart phone etc make no difference. I can still reply to short emails, but if they extend beyond the keyboard height I can no longer scroll to view and continue the reply - it just jumps back behind the keyboard and doesn't accept input if I try to blind-type. Started with gmail about a week ago, affected all accounts since last Thursday (13/11/25)

How do you log a complaint at the Samsung Store? Im also having the same issue,but couldn't find an option anywhere to log a complaint?!
Unlike lambc, I'm able to blind type and it works ok - can't check my spelling though!

This has been happening to me on a S20+ for MONTHS, before the middle of the year. Had 2x email app updates since, no fix

Same issue for me. It is so annoying. I hope that samsung fixes it.
I have an idea. Let's all contact the samsung support so that they know that this problem has prio1.

Brand new s25 ultra here and having the same issue. I have to move my cursor to the bottom of the page, scroll a little bit and then repeat this over and over until I am able to get to where I need to be and then do it all over again to get back to the top to proof read my email. Very frustrating indeed. Deleting app and reinstalling does NOT work, only more painful to re-ad all the emails back.
