S23 Ultra UI8 not playing videos in full screen

Good evening.

I have been trying to play videos in full screen on my S23 Ultra, to no avail. I have tried to change the full screen apps as per what I have read online but it doesn't appear to exist.

Does anyone have a work around or is there a newer way to fix

What format video. In what apps

Sorry. I been trying in Netflix, YouTube and Prime. There is an annoying black frame around the entire video

How big the frame? Post a screenshot. I see smaller strips on left and right

I wish I could take a screenshot however when I try it says the app doesn't allow it

To get full screen on Netflix, select your programme and start.

Then on screen place two fingers on the screen and pinch outwards.

In a couple of seconds when the programme info disappears, you'll be on full screen.
