I've had my device nearly a year. This past two weeks my phone will not connect to my carrier or any network. At home with wifi it works with wifi calling. Once I leave home or turn the wifi off I have:

-Not registered to a Network

- No incoming/outgoing calls or texts

-Phone is offline

I've tried: airplane mode on then off to reset, resetting network,  rebooting, Turing wifi on then off, changing Sim from 5g to light, clearing cache, calling my carriers customer service ( everything was verified as working on their end, they think hardwire problem on my end) and then a last resort full factory reset. After the factory reset I was able to use data without wifi for less than 5 minutes before the problem reappeared.

Any solutions? Can this be fixed?

I have been having the same issue as well going on 3 weeks now. I also tried swapping sim cards and my card worked in the other phone but the new sim did not work in mine. even though it worked perfectly fine previously. I agree this is a Samsung issue with whatever update that was recently installed. I am going to reach out to samsung. If you have an update I am curious to know how everything turned out.

Just close that window like any app you dont want to keep open.... the hamburger button and swipe up...or whatever ur phone does. My husband had this on a phone or two and i had it on the last few myself. It happens every time u start it up but we don't even go through the whole trying to connect because it won't so as soon as that page  starts up, shut it down! The phone is completely unaffected by it. The only thing thats happened so far is sometimes the screen comes back, randomly. It didn't use to but it started a month or two ago. It only happened like 4 or 5 times. Close it out again. Its annoying but that's all it is. Idk what happened or how or when it started but apparently there isnt a way around it.  I hope not forever but so far, from what ive read about it

The same for me but Samsung A52.

Year ago I did update... and my phone stopped working with PLUS provider (tested different sim cards). With other providers works fine (like T-mobile). When I put PLUS sim card phone is offline and airplane button is not acive.

Something happened from software perspective.

I went to Samsung and left phone for assessment. Service ... found small screen defect, in upper corner, out of "working area". They told me phone can be fixed but ONLY if I pay cost of new screen replacement! Can You believe it! That cost more than 50% cost of phone!

Samsung damaged my phone by new update and now... is dictating conditions for fixing!

Unbelievable story!

I will go to court ! Will not leave it! That is Samsung 100% responsibility. I do not need new scree is fine for me. I need ONLY working phone!

There is a lot if similar cased after samsung update applied - for different models.

In my opinion we should got TOGETHER to court  "class action lawsuit" to get new phones!

Samsung... what a shame!!! Stop updates if the breaks phones!

Few links about the same problem:

Samsung did nothing for me. My phone started messing up in March 2024 and I'm still dealing with the issue. I need to try and see if replacing the charge port will fix it as per a suggestion but it'd $110 to replace so I hope it does.

I have a S23 Ultra dual sim. The same sim card is reading and picking up in sim 2 slot but not in sim 1.

I require 2 Sims as 1 is for business and other is ppersonal.

During the course of the week I will try using the samsung smart tutor app so a samsung repair specialist could remote connect to my device and see if he could solve the issue.

Hey! YES! I had my charging port replaced about 2 days ago and completely resolved the issue. Apparently the charging port is of course connected to everything in your phone so if something is off with your charge port it can cause serious problems. I still don't understand how this happened to a whole heap of us all at the same time though. But either way I'm just grateful that changing the charge port fixed the network issues with my phone and it works as per normal again now.

For those who try the charge port and it doesn't work the other thing to try changing after according to my technician is the red ribbon cable. Luckily for me all I needed was the port replacement
