I've had my device nearly a year. This past two weeks my phone will not connect to my carrier or any network. At home with wifi it works with wifi calling. Once I leave home or turn the wifi off I have:

-Not registered to a Network

- No incoming/outgoing calls or texts

-Phone is offline

I've tried: airplane mode on then off to reset, resetting network,  rebooting, Turing wifi on then off, changing Sim from 5g to light, clearing cache, calling my carriers customer service ( everything was verified as working on their end, they think hardwire problem on my end) and then a last resort full factory reset. After the factory reset I was able to use data without wifi for less than 5 minutes before the problem reappeared.

Any solutions? Can this be fixed?

Did anybody solved or figure out the issue, this is happening to em with my note 20 ultra 5g now in 2025.

It doesn't make any sense, this happened out of the blue, nothing changed, no drops, no water no nothing. I'm in Brazil RN.

Samsung should provide proper clarification on this, you have all the essential system logs, we did signed up for sharing it, was this for nothing?

I had to get another phone. I also had the note 5g ultra. I think they do this to make us buy new phones or it could be an issue with the note. I said that was my last time ever buying a thousand dollar phone. I was using US Mobile at the time and I thought maybe it was them so, I switched to T-Mobile and the issue became permanent even with a physical sim card. Support was useless
