Unfortunately slow data speeds can depend on a multitude of factors for example distance from the nearest mast, how congested the site is, your phones band support and what bands you're connected to

Depends on your country/city. We aren't aware of where they live so don't say it isn't helpful, alot of cities now have lots of 5g towers which means it's 9/10 available. sorry if this made you annoyed

Hi @Guerrilla79

I know slow Internet omn our phone's can be frustrating especially as this can spoil looking at websites sites, and using apps for streaming such as YouTube etc.

I'm fortunate to have 4G+ most places but I do also have two different network sim cards in my phone as the phone is dual sim so I have the option to try another networks data connection if required.

I use Pay As You Go accounts.

In relation to your connection you could try resetting your Network Connection in your General Management, Reset section, but it this is sometimes down to your Networks coverage or mast congestion so then unfortunately there isn't much you can do at your end.

A mast engineer once told me "Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal. They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "

You can check your connection via Settings > About Phone > States Information > Sim Card Status > Signal Strength.

Also sometimes a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On can help.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I upgraded from a Nokia x10 recently to a 22 ultra and the phone was a different world... except for one major issue. I'm in a poor signal area and have to rely on H+ for data on the three uk network. The Nokia handled this with no trouble and tethering was not an issue.. however the s22 seems to really struggle and I can barely stream video services to my TV without constant buffering as the phone is too slow. The Nokia was a £180 phone, how can it handle data tethering better than my s22 ultra?
