After updating the(March 2025 update) phone crashing randomly, tried restarting it and every solution available on the internet but the issue is not resolved.
previously last year after updating the phone (same s22 ultra) display issue came around the front cam, service center didn't replace my display for free. I had 20,000 INR to replace the display.
Very disappointed for Samsung after buying a flagship phone we have to face these issues.
Shifting from Samsung and I will never recommend it to anyone!

Hello 👋 @deepesharma
I'm sorry to hear of the issue your now experiencing with your phone.
Can you try these troubleshooting steps if you haven't already.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
If these do not help then please let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I attended the Samsung service center just now and they informed me the motherboard problem exists.
following the 2024 software update, I experienced a display issue that cost me 20,000 INR. Now, following the March 2025 software upgrade, they recommend replacing the motherboard.
I was a fan of Samsung phones and had recommended them to many of my friends and family.
However, Samsung phones are unreliable and not recommended.
Shift to another company as soon as possible.

Hi @deepesharma
Samsung is lost cause. Just jump ship. Their sales is down this year and they will suffer.
They bricked my phone too. I have jumped ship to another class leading phone with a great camera. Never been happier. Does what it needs to. Samsung is not worth it. They are only for for being a component supplier.
My advise, sell and jump ship.
