After updating the March 2025 update my phone (S22 Ultra December 2022 purchased) phone crashing and freezing randomly, tried every solution available on the internet but the issue is not resolved. I attended the Samsung service center just now and they informed me the motherboard problem exists(this time i will shift to another company not going to repair it )

Previously last year after updating the phone (same s22 ultra) display issue came around the front cam, service center didn't replace my display for free. I had paid 20,000 INR to replace the display. I was a fan of Samsung phones and had recommended them to many of my friends and family. However, Samsung phones are unreliable and not recommended. Very disappointed for Samsung after buying a flagship phone we have to face these issues, No physical damage still after software update these issues are coming.

Shifting from Samsung and I will never recommend it to anyone!

Maybe your device was jailbreaked / Rooted ! Try to flash firmware or go to the Samsung service center

Hello 👋 @deepesharma

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for UK and Ireland Members.

I see your located in India so it might be beneficial to also submit a post in your own section.

I have seen posts here in this forum as to where people have experienced similar issues.

But not all Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra phone's are being affected. My s²² Ultra which my daughter now uses has none of these issues.

I'm disheartened to hear this experience has moved you away from Samsung products, and I appreciate how this has happened.

I'm sure affected owners have sent feedback via the Samsung Members App.

Therefore I wish you well with your next choices.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
