My phone started having bootloop issues since last November update. WiFi getting automatically disconnected and phone is restarting, when WiFi and Bluetooth are on. Seems to be a WiFi driver issue.
I'm from India and my phone is brought from Sweden(Exynos variant). I could see people from UK complaining mostly. I think only exynos variant is having this issue. My friends residing in India having snapdragon processor aren't facing this issue.
When I contacted Samsung India. they are asking me to consult Samsung Europe as it is bought in Sweden. Buying such an expensive phone and it becoming unusable just because of a software update. Samsung should do something on their part, at least provide a proper update or get the phones repaired. This is becoming a headache to all the users due to faulty software.

Hello 👋 @harihara1
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum section for UK and Ireland users.
Yes we have seen posts in relation to the bootloop reported by owners on the Samsung Community Forum.
It's asked for these people to send feedback directly to Samsung via the Members App.
And or seek assistance from a Samsung Service Centre.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @harihara1
You might like to login into Samsung's account and try to contact Samsung support that way, in case you do not have access to Members App, which I assume you don't if you do not have another Samsung phone.
It's been said that there is a motherboard problem, but you might need get technical information from a proper Samsung repair centre.
If I were you, I would try to contact Samsung support via email to keep a record of the communications.
Good luck with it.

I have sent feedback in samsung members app in India. And, they are asking me to contact samsung Europe, as it is a phone bought in Sweden. So, I'm posting in this platform, to know how to get addressed to my problem.
Please let me know if you have any solution.

Yes, you are right. it is a catch 22 on this one. I think email support is the best way to keep track of communication and contacting Samsung.

No assistance from samsung that denies it is due to november update and only offers resetting the phone in lab. Nothing is done to save data from bricked phone although it is simple- take 2 components off motherboard, attach to new motherboard and save data. It costs like a new 512 giga ultra phone in few labs that do it and it should be done in samsung labs for free since update bricked phone
