My phone starts fine and then operates normally, but after a few minutes use the screen becomes unresponsive to touch/swipe etc. Only solution is to keep forcing a restart so I can use for a short while.
I've tried starting in Safe mode and the have the same issue.
The screen must be ok as it works for a while, but why does it suddenly become unresponsive?
Any help appreciated

For me. I had to drop my device at a service centre for repair. It is okay now but I am having another issue of the phone ringing randomly with no call or alert or message. Is there a thread for this ?

Change the flex cable
Bring it to the nearest repairshop & let them change it

Considering that the issue started after a software update. It should be a software -> firmware incompatibility issue. I don't think the flex was damaged.

Try the flex cable
Cause it's been well over 5 months & still no fix
Btw samsung didn't drop bug fixes for other models either
Cause my A53 & A52 still have some minor software bugs
