Galaxy A SeriesMy phone starts fine and then operates normally, but after a few minutes use the screen becomes unresponsive to touch/swipe etc. Only solution is to keep forcing a restart so I can use for a short while.
I've tried starting in Safe mode and the have the same issue.
The screen must be ok as it works for a while, but why does it suddenly become unresponsive?
Any help appreciated

Galaxy A SeriesDo you have a screen protector fitted ?
Using Safe Mode will help to highlight if a downloaded app or theme might be the issue @Members_nKESL5v
Please look at the diagnostic tools in your Samsung Members App and also there is one via your phone app and dialing *#0*#
Try > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
As a last resort back up and factory reset.
A Samsung Service Centre can provide support.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I have no affiliation with Samsung.
