A72 unresponsive screen

My phone starts fine and then operates normally, but after a few minutes use the screen becomes unresponsive to touch/swipe etc. Only solution is to keep forcing a restart so I can use for a short while.

I've tried starting in Safe mode and the have the same issue.

The screen must be ok as it works for a while, but why does it suddenly become unresponsive?

Experienced the exact same problem, brought phone to Samsung Service Centre, diagnosed and asked to replace SUB PBA and connector. Phone is working now.

Did changing the SUB PBA & CONNECTOR really work???

I have the same issue with my samsung a72, I did everything already, I also did the factory reset but it's still having the same issue. after force restart it will work for few minutes and freezes. Have you fixed yours?

I think it will finally be fixed with the Android 13 update

I had the same problem with my S20Fe a year ago it took almost 3 security updates to fix it

I think Android 13 will bring the much needed bug fixes
