Same here, wanted to test the difference but when shop6 is displayed and you push any button it changes to shopNG and that is it.

I ended up sending my unit in and having it fully repaired for $80, shipping and labor. Worth it for me

Yes, I had the same problem, the unit wouldnt connect to bluetooth and wouldnt connect with peripherals, just kept going into "shop" mode. They said in the repair report there was a fried board causing it. Id recommend the repair.

Has anyone found a solution that works at home and doesn’t require sending the unit in for service?
same issue for me the volume Volume - button will show the shop6 code I can scroll through shop 1-6 but not select any of them. I can stop on one of them but it always goes back to shop6 then displays shop NG but can’t change that either
my software is up to date and all the other pieces are lit up blue and connected subwoofer and surrounds.
super frustrating as with shop6 it shuts down volume to 0 every 15 minutes and I have to power down, power up, re-select the input I was watching and turn the tv back on.

Same issue just started on my q90R after about 15min volume goes down to zero no other remote or buttons on unit work and I must power down then power back up. Shop6 and Shop NG codes displayed on shut down.
please help the only fix I’ve seen on other forums is to send in the soundbar for repair which is a huge hassle.

is there a direct message mode on the forum for help? Shop6 Mode!!!!! Has anyone been able to clear and return to normal? Please help looking forward to a solution that doesn’t require me to disassemble my whole set up and go through the hassle of shipping/ sending the unit back to Samsung for a repair on a product. The service hotline told me to just turn / unplug the unit for a few minutes plug it back in and it should clear.
it didn’t.
