First and foremost, this Blu-ray player no longer shows anything on the TV. I haven't done any updates. Secondly, I can't change modes or open the disc tray; some buttons work, but others don't.
When I turn it on, it gets stuck in FM mode. It can scan through frequencies, but there's no sound, which is very frustrating.
Can someone please help me with this? Many thanks
