Q990C does not work in eARC mode

Good afternoon,

I have a Samsung HW-Q990C connected to the LG TV OLED77B23L. Standard communication through ARC mode works, but after enabling eARC mode on the TV, devices get stuck in a loop. The sound is played alternately by the TV and Soundbar.

• I use the original cable that came with the soundbar, but I also tested other cables and it didn't help
• I use eARC ports in both devices
• I have the latest firmware on both devices
• I called LG service. They replaced the motherboard in my TV, but it didn't change anything

Having a similar problem to yours and there are quite some posts on here with similar issues unfortunately. Really hoping samsung comes with a fix soon because expensive devices like this should just work!

Samsung TV QN90BA has 4 2.1 HDMI outputs and Samsung HW Q990C soundbar has only 2.0 connectors. Unable to connect the two for eARC can only. use. wireless connections via WiFi or Bluetooth.
