Samsung soundbar stays in DD+

Hey !

I recently purchased an HW850C system consisting of a Q800C soundbar and SWA9500 satellites.

I connected it to my eARC TV.

When I click on the info button on the soundbar's remote control, I see that it is constantly in Dolby Digital Plus, even though my TV shows that the stream is in PCM.

Have you seen a solution?

I solved the problem by updating the firmware via USB. I was on 1003 and I switched to 1004.

What's strange is that via the smarthings application it told me that my soundbar was up to date.
