Hello.
My soundbar Samsung HW-Q70T freeze (bricked) on eARC. After turning on the soundbar stuck displaying “eARC”. Soundbars is “unresponsive”. Their respective Samsung specific remotes will also not work. Buttons on the soundbar also tend not to work. Occasionally the power buttons will, but problem will persist when turned back on. I was trying to RESET it holding VOL+ and VOL- buttons - no luck. I was trying to update a firmware from official samsung web site through USB Service port - no luck.
Any Ideas how to fix?

A hard reset can help resolve many issues by restoring the soundbar to its factory settings.

As I mentioned before I tried to do a Hard Reset but I didn’t get luck because the soundbar doesn’t respond on a buttons.

Samsung are offering free repairs even out of warranty catch is you need proof of purchase which some people don’t have, unethical way of getting out of their mistake and also profiting off their fault, I’m gathering evidence to present in a court case against Samsung, if I win which I highly know I will ill then step it up to a class action where everyone will get free repairs replacements or refunds to the value of the items age etc.
