Have you tried resetting the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. When going through the set up of the TV again, you'll then be asked to select the correct region.

Try unplugging both units from the mains for 5 minutes and then reconnecting, plugging in the Subwoofer first, followed by the Soundbar.

Seems like your software is up to date, @Marina_O. Is it only happening with the Netflix app? Are all other apps showing correctly? Have you tried a Smart Hub Reset on the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
