Q-symphony problems

Greetings.

 

I have a 55QN90F TV and a Q930D soundbar

 

Previously, this soundbar functioned flawlessly with my old television (BU8072) in Q-Symphony mode, and I was very pleased with its performance.

 

However, since acquiring my new TV, I have encountered some unusual issues. Occasionally, the sound works perfectly, but at other times, the audio quality is poor, with speech and low frequencies being inaudible, and only some high frequencies emanating from the TV speakers. The only solution seems to be to disconnect both the soundbar and the television from the power supply and then reconnect them. Unfortunately, this is quite inconvenient, as I have to do it every time I wish to watch TV. Initially, I suspected the cable I was using (the one that came with the soundbar) was the issue. I purchased a new one (Audioquest Pearl 48 with eARC support and ultra HighSpeed, and using both HDMI eARC ports on TV and soundbar acordingly), but the problem persists, and I am unsure how to resolve it. Currently, I am using my soundbar via Wi-Fi to have some sound, but it is not the same as Q-Symphony.
