My soundbar seems to be stuck in store mode 4. None of the buttons on the sound bar seem to work and unfortunately I don’t have a remote control. The only thing that works is holding down both the multi function button and volume down button which plays the sample song. I wasn’t planning on buying another remote for it but if it would help my situation I would. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
