Samsung account can not sign in since last update

Since updating app and watch to latest updates, I lost use of weather and ability to download anything. I can not sign into samsung account on app on phone. Watch tells me to log in on phone. I have reset watch and deleted app and plugin still not working. What happened ?

I have not. I did all the troubleshooting suggested, the watch and app have become unusable. It's such a. Shame because I loved my watch.
