Galaxy Watch 6 LTE not showing in "Call & text on other devices" after removing

Hi,
I have a Galaxy Watch 6 LTE and a Galaxy phone (both signed into the same Samsung account).

I accidentally tapped "Leave call and text on other devices" on my phone, and now my watch no longer appears in the list of connected devices under Settings > Advanced features > Call & text on other devices.

I'm not using the LTE plan — I just want to use the feature over Wi-Fi so I can receive calls and texts on my watch when both devices are online (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth).

What I’ve already tried:
• Rebooted both the phone and watch
• Confirmed both are on the same Wi-Fi and Samsung account
• Checked Galaxy Wearable — watch is connected
• "Call & text on other devices" is ON on the phone, but no devices appear
• There’s no toggle or option for this on the watch either

I want to avoid factory resetting the watch unless it’s the only way.

Has anyone had this issue and fixed it? Thanks in advance.

Call and text on other devices only works on non LTE watches. The assumption is you have a sim in it. Calls and texts will still work while in Bluetooth range, texts will still work when on WiFi. But calls won't work if the watch is only on WiFi. Make sure remote connections is on. That replaces call and text on other devices mostly

Not that I've found. Calls when outside of Bluetooth range will only work with a sim sharing the same number. The non LTE watches are the only ones that can do calls over wifi

To do a quick table.

Bluetooth: Calls and texts via phone

Wifi: texts via remote connection with phone

LTE: Calls and texts using the watch sim.
