White line on TV screen

I've this white bright light from the bottom of my 6 series 55 inches tv.

I'd appreciate any form of support to have this fixed asap.

Hi @Folaphillips , could you try this hardware test, and check if you get the same issue there: Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test.

Yes, I did as guided but that didn't solve the problem. The lines are still there. I'd appreciate further support to fix this problem.  Thank you
