Hello,
early this month there was a software update on Samsung TVs. After that my sonos sound system stoped working.
the option for Dolby Digital was greyed out and replaced by Dolby digital +.
this somos system only works with Dolby digital and as been working fine for the past 2 years, up to the software update.
at this moment the only option available for sound is PCM.
I’ve asked for remote support from Samsung but the guy couldn’t help, said that his se our management would call me on the same day but that never happened.
my TV is QE55Q85RATXXU, can you help?
from what I’ve read online, a lot of people is with the same problem.

I also have a QE55Q85RRATXXC, and i'm also having sound problems.
With this last update I'm hearing "cracking" and "poping" sounds when viewing content in an HDMI port (like my playstation, or my nvidia shield), but only when an HDTV channel is tunned in the "antenna".
I have to tune to an SD channel to use any HDMI port.
This is a problem was first reported in 2019 (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/samsung-q85-qe65q85ratxxu-sound-popping-and-cracking-on-exter...) and it's back!
This update is a mess....
