STOP MESSING AROUND! - Multiple Issue arose this week with UE49MU7000

So at some stage this week i assume my UE49MU7000 updated. All was fine before, now, as i've come to notice Samsung have gone and ******* stuff up for fun.

1.) The SmartHub/Menu bar (Quick Settings/Source/Search/Apps - {APP TILES} has gone a shockingly bright white colour. Now this doesn't sound like much to most, but when using my TV as my main monitor for work at night, this is GLARINGLY bright, i don't know what was wrong with the previous dark colour or why someone felt the need to change it so here we are, which has let me to other issues.

2.) Post resetting TV to fix point 1. I can no longer sign in to my Samsung Account on my TV, i recently changed my Samsung Account password when i got my new GalaxyBook laptop, all is fine. My GalaxyBook, S24, Tab etc all sign in fine, my TV however i get to about 15/16 characters and the 'Done' option 'greys out' So for some reason (AGAIN, WHY!?) My password is good, long, secure, meets all standartds by anyones, well.... Standards. The TV... Nope. Now the online solutions are to reset my password, make it shorter, reset my TV (SERIOUSLY!) All of these are fixes and is SHOCKING that these methods even be suggested. The problem is clearly with the Software linitations on the TV and whatever update was pushed recently has DONE NOTHING but cause more unnecessary and frankly i am sick to the back teeth of having to troubleshoot problems i didn't create.

3.) My Galaxy Buds suddenly no longer work with my TV. I'm not answering the "have you tried this" I'm just not. It's worked fine for years with both my GalaxyBuds and GalaxyBudsLive. Now it doesn't.

4.) The control link between my Soundbar/TV has a life of its own, it randomly switches from my Buds late at night to Blasting through my soundbar/subwoofer when switching source. This is unacceptable.

SAMSUNG. PLEASE STOP F****** ABOUT. Leave the stuff along that works and actually work on faults and issues ive seen reported in these boards with actual problems people are experiencing.

You're wasting my time, their time and well, your own time by creating problems that wern't there to begin with.

Seeing you've said . "Im not answering the "have you tried this" questions- this post is redundant.

Just because "something worked for years" doesnt mean you shoudnt troubleshoot. Hearing that gives me the impression user error most of the time. But hey, Ill respect your wishes of not being asked.

I understand the frustration, but the only thing to say is;
Send a complaint to samsung directly. They won't see it here.

You've got me wrong here, by "don't even" means I've spent hours trying all of the "usual" as an IT it's like being told have you turned it off & on again. If anyone else has experiencing similar issues, I'm here for it. It'd be nice to know other experiences but as far as basic troubleshooting and some not basic and very time consuming extensive resets to land back at exactly the same place with more issues, not less. I'm not here for that try me with something out of the box or "I had this issue, try this" I'm all ears.
I won't waste my time complaining to Samsung, that's about as useful as resetting your device.... 🙄

I hear ya. But when I start out with a simple fault that I didn't cause to end up with 5 more it's getting beyond a joke, I fix other people's tech issues for a living. I don't want to be spending my own time doing the same for something I didn't cause. If anyone else notices my Frustration and likely thinks, hey I'm in the same boat, let's talk. Then I will likely get a response. But for the love of God don't tell me the basics, they cause more problems than they solve.
My model number is listed. A description of the issue is also, the top to tale of the RCA is there and that is the nature of troubleshooting.
