Hello.
I get a HDCP error on my tuner. The error then goes away after a couple of seconds, but then 50% of the times, the tv does not recieve signal from the tuner. I have to turn the tuner on and off several times before the image appears on my TV. On my old Toshiba LCD, everything works fine with the tuner. My television provider for the tuner suspect that something is wrong with my TV.
I have tried the following:
- Disconnected all HDMI cables and power cables for minutes. Then reconnected everything.
- Tried three different HDMI cables
- Tried HDMI sources (1-4)
- Reset both tv and tuner
- Checked for update, TV has latest software.
This is my Samsung TV:

Firmware: T-PTMCDEUC-0080-2020.2
