App icons home menu glitching

On my Samsung QLED QE65Q90T with software version 2601 the apps on my home menu have been acting really weird the last couple of weeks. The graphics of the apps dissapear sometimes and almost all of them are dark and have a circle on them, some also have the number 100 on it. It seems they are stuck in some sort of update state.

Also, when an app is running it randomly shuts down the app and switches to my tv channel...

This is really anoying!

Hi! What troubleshooting methods have you attempted?

To my understanding, the best option for this (I know it's a pain) is a factory reset.

First, I would reach out to Samsung support via a call and get troubleshooting methods directly.
