subtitle bug with videos

Just wanted to see if by posting here anyone at all can read and maybe report the bug to samsung.
When playing videos in the samsung video player (in this case, using DLNA) if there are supposed to be more than one sub visible,  only the first one will show up.
for example, here's how this looks in my pc:

i tried sending the support twitter account a DM, but was told that they can't help me

I would do so within samsung members app. Members app- support- feedback.

I dont have that option for my tv, only for my phone

Nah, its not worth it, i will get the same treatment as i did with the dms (ask me to reset to factory, and ill lose all the configs i made)

I kinda doubt they know how to make a bug report at all
