So I’ve owned my Samsung ks8000 for a few years but never noticed of bothered with 4K streaming on YouTube before. Only recently have I tried to activate 4K while watching digital foundry videos on YouTube but it won’t run smoothly or properly.
when I select 1080p in YouTubes drop down resolution menu it plays great. Smooth and no jumping between frames and no glitching.
when I select the 4K option the frames freeze . Stop or just doesn’t play. The sound throughout all this is fine. You can hear no break in sound just the picture.
my internet connection is stable wired connection. 50 download 20ish upload.
what could this be thanks
