Hey, I’m trying to set up smart hub on my tv (UE55MU6195UXXC), after connecting to the internet, no matter if it’s WiFi, Ethernet, mobile hotspot, what ever it is, it loads for a bit and then throws ”2014506-1” which has something to do with incorrect model ID and version. I have a service remote and I have tried to resolve it by switching and entering models and hard resetting with no luck. I have the latest software update that was lastly installed on a USB drive.
