Hi.
I own a rather old model: the Samsung UE55NU7091.
For some time now, my apps are not working by not accepting terms & conditions.
Just once I had to reset the TV to factory settings because there were often various bugs in the system and I could no longer accept t&c.
Namely, either there is an error with code 0 (server under maintenance) or blank terms & conditions are downloaded and despite accepting - they do not actually accept.
I am sending you a picture of the problem that has occurred.
What I have done so far:
- reset to factory settings (from settings - self-diagnosis and also from general settings)
- connecting to a VPN hotspot
- changing the region (>>,2,8,9,<< on remote | to the country where the TV comes from and several different ones)
- resetting the Smart Hub settings
- changing the wifi network
- updating (I get a message about no available updates)
- updating via usb (same message as above)
- setting DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
What else can I do in this situation? I spent many hours, did various combinations of the above repair methods, followed various tutorials on the Internet, etc. and still nothing.
